MSA Safety Showcasing the Power of Connected Safety Programs at Connected Worker Summit

PITTSBURGH, November 13, 2023Throughout the world, worksite health and safety programs are undergoing an extreme makeover, driven largely by the influence of data and internet connectivity. To highlight how MSA Safety, Inc. (NYSE: MSA), the leader in the development of safety solutions that help to protect people and facility infrastructures, is at the forefront of this evolution, the company will be showcasing its Connected Work Platform at the Connected Worker Summit in Chicago, Illinois, from November 13th to 15th.

The event pulls together the world’s leading companies and experts in the connected work industry for the purpose of gathering and sharing success stories associated with the newest technologies in the connected work ecosystem. Focusing on connecting people, processes, technologies and data, the Connected Worker Summit highlights solutions to help companies drive innovation across their worksites.

MSA Safety is featuring its Connected Work Platform, which is a fully-integrated safety solution that uses data analytics to help safety professionals increase compliance, better manage device fleets and increase visibility into worker safety. This includes automating previously manual tasks and eliminating paperwork to allow for more proactive safety management.

The Connected Work Platform is powered by MSA’s ALTAIR io™ 4 Gas Detection Wearable. Built from the ground up, the device’s innovative direct-to-cloud design enables a seamless connection with the MSA Grid cloud-based software and the ALTAIR io Dock. Collectively, the solution delivers real-time visibility of gas detection data to help enhance worker safety. The device works in concert with the company's MSA+ subscription service, and together, the ALTAIR io 4 device and MSA+ create a versatile and powerful hardware/software combination that simplifies safety program management while also enhancing worker safety and productivity.

Summit attendees can speak with MSA’s Connected Work Platform experts and learn more about how the platform is helping to enhance worksite safety through connectivity and data. For the event, MSA Safety will be located in the Grand Marquee Ballroom at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort Hotel. Learn more about MSA’s Connected Work Platform click here.
